Refund policy

You have the right to return the product if you for any reason are dissatisfied or wish to file a complaint.

All returns must be made within 14 days after receiving the product. Buyer pays and arranges return shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: We don’t accept any returns made after 14 days of when you’ve received your order. When the return is accepted and processed, the money will be refund back to you.

Please note: You must contact the store before making a return. Custom orders / special orders can not be returned.

The product must be in same condition as purchased when returned.

Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. (we abide the Finnish Consumer Agency’s guidelines and laws regarding internet shopping).
