A Finnish mid-century console table with two drawers, produced in the 1950s. The piece is crafted with birch legs and edge details, complemented by elm drawer fronts and light-toned veneer surfaces. The rectangular top has slightly rounded corners, while the softly curved apron detail and slim tapered legs add refinement. Its modest height and proportions make it well suited for use in a hallway, entrance, or as a side table.

This design reflects the Finnish 1950s approach to furniture: light proportions, functional storage, and discreet decorative detailing that linked modernist ideals with traditional craftsmanship. Such utility tables were versatile additions to Finnish homes, often placed in smaller rooms or transitional spaces.

With its balanced proportions and warm material contrasts, this table offers both function and character.
