A Finnish mid-century wall light produced by Valinte Oy, featuring a long, wall-mounted brass arm and a suspended, painted metal shade. The shade has a wide, flattened profile with a softly tapered form and an integrated glass diffuser underneath, creating a controlled and even light output. The combination of warm brass and muted blue paint gives the lamp a clear graphic presence typical of the period.

The lamp works well as a reading or task light, placed beside a sofa, armchair, or bed. The cable length is adjustable, and the brass arm can be extended or turned inward toward the wall, allowing the light to be positioned flexibly as needed. Its long reach and downward-directed light make it practical, while the restrained color palette and expressive form add character without overpowering a space.
