A set of four Tellus dining chairs designed by Torstein Nilsen for A. Huseby & Co, Norway, circa 1980.
Crafted from solid teak, the chairs feature elegantly curved backrests with a distinctive open cut-out detail, giving the design a strong architectural character while providing comfortable support. Their clean lines and balanced proportions reflect the timeless qualities of Scandinavian design from the late modern period.
The warm teak frames showcase a beautiful natural grain and are complemented by newly upholstered seats in a light beige fabric. The sculptural rear legs and slim front legs create a light visual appearance while maintaining excellent stability.
These chairs work equally well around a dining table or as occasional seating in a variety of interiors.
